Our Shanghai Tahui Knitting Factory is a manufacturing enterprise with more than 30 years of experience. We insist on establishing the service concept of "people-oriented, customer first, and honest management". The service process is as follows:

1. After receiving the customer's sample order or designer's draft, we understand the customer's needs. We have professional craftsmanship plate-making masters with more than 20 years of work experience. Normal styles will provide the customer's required initial print within one week. During this period, it is necessary to determine the matching raw materials/auxiliary materials. If you encounter special problems, we will also actively cooperate to solve them.

2. After the initial print is completed, the quotation is made. After both parties confirm, the customer places an order and signs a contract, and pays a deposit. We make color samples and batch prints according to the customer's requirements. After all confirmations, we start mass production.

3. Product delivery period. Raw materials and batch prints start from the customer's confirmation: 500-5000 pieces, delivery period 45 days. 5000-10000 pieces, delivery period 60 days. The delivery period of more than 10,000 pieces is negotiated and decided. Special circumstances can be negotiated by both parties.
